Celebrate wellness together. Whether you’re planning a bachelorette party, birthday, anniversary, or a relaxing retreat with friends, our team will help you create the perfect shared experience. Essentials South Tampa offers a beautiful and serene setting for every occasion.

We can accommodate up to 20 guests with advanced notice. Choose from our curated Melt Away Packages or customize your own spa day with our help. Your group will enjoy access to our Relaxation Room between services — a serene space to reconnect and recharge.

Spa Policies & Etiquette

To ensure the best possible experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our spa policies before your visit. Understanding these guidelines helps us provide a seamless, relaxing, and respectful environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends. You can schedule by calling the spa at (813) 964-6860, booking online through our website, or using Google. When booking online, please select times at the top of the hour to help us manage our schedule efficiently. If you book off-hour, we may contact you to adjust the appointment time to the nearest available slot.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For groups of four or more, 48 hours' notice is required. Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a $35 to $40 fee per canceled service. You may also be required to prepay for future appointments or place a credit card on file. Voicemail is available 24 hours a day for convenience.

Yes. As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments via phone call, text, and email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please speak directly with our front desk staff.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to allow time to check in and complete any necessary forms. New clients can fill out forms online prior to their visit. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time while still being charged the full-service rate.

Absolutely. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party, or just planning a self care day with friends, we welcome groups of up to 20. Choose from our curated spa packages or work with us to customize your day. Groups receive access to our relaxation room between services. We ask that guest lists and selected services be submitted at least seven days in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

Yes. Services are available for clients under 18. Children aged 16 or younger must have a parent or guardian in the treatment room. Seventeen-year-olds must have a guardian present in the building. A signed consent form is required for all minors.

Yes. You must be at least 14 weeks pregnant and have approval from your doctor. Only prenatal massage services may be booked during pregnancy for safety and insurance purposes.

Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within seven days of purchase. Gift cards are nonrefundable and can be used for services, retail, and gratuity at our location only. We do not accept Spa Finder gift cards. All gift cards must be issued to: 4811 W. Gandy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33611.

If you have allergies, disabilities, or medical conditions, please inform us when booking. Always consult your physician before receiving treatments. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make modifications where possible.

Gratuity is not included in service prices. You may leave a tip using cash, credit card, or gift card.

Yes. You can request a preferred therapist or gender at the time of booking.

Wear whatever feels most comfortable. For massages, disrobing is optional and based on your comfort level. Undergarments or a swimsuit are perfectly acceptable.

Yes. For best results, we recommend shaving at least two hours before your facial to reduce irritation and allow deeper product absorption.

Shaving is not required, but if preferred, please shave at least four hours prior to your appointment to avoid skin irritation.
